Deviation Actions
I'm not very active anymore on DA. To be honest, I feel like I've outgrown it, or more like I don't belong anymore. But my online presence is still around and for those of you who want to keep in touch or just to check in on me and see what I'm doing, you can find me updating my blog, Inbetween Thoughts . It is run by two of my friends and myself. We write on a number of subjects, most pertaining to lifestyle, i.e. fashion, beauty, how to's, etc. It would be lovely if you stopped by to see what we're about.
In other news, I'm also on Instagram. Follow me and I'll follow you. @meaganmakeover.
I wish you all the best.
I'll see you around,
Meagan.

I'll critique/review your literature for free
As the title says, I'll critique any literature of yours for free. The only thing I ask is for permission to post your work (with credit to you of course) along with my critique of yours on my website.
Here's my website for your use.
Trying to get established as a writer, so any takers would be awesome!
I Finally Graduated From College!
I recall two years ago, contemplating dropping out of college because I didn't feel capable as a student. Now, here I am with a college diploma in English and a concentration in creative writing. My work has vastly improved and hopefully that is evident by my gallery. I interviewed earlier today for a job where I'll make $11/hr and I'm feeling pretty good about my chances of getting it. Once I get a job, I plan on applying to a master's program and obtaining a degree in technical communication.
Look at me! I'm 22 years old and I finally feel like an adult! And yet I still live on a diet of Bagel Bites and macaroni and cheese...
Oh wel
Time to Buckle Down and Get Serious
So I'm a soon-to-be English graduate. As everyone knows, that means I'm going to have a difficult time searching for a job that isn't a barista at Starbucks. I've been thinking about some ways to promote myself to give myself a good start in the very competitive world of publishing.
First, I'm wanting to start my own blog. Specifically a literature blog. I'd like to write book reviews, responses to literature trends, and how to's. Any suggestions to this list would be greatly appreciated. Also, it'd be nice to gauge how popular something like this would be.
Second, I have started sending out my work to literary magazines. I've already
Anyone Wanna Be a Critic?
I'm a critic at GrammarNaziCritiques (https://www.deviantart.com/grammarnazicritiques) and we are running low on critics with lots of pieces coming in that are in need of critiquing. If you are interested in being a critic, check out the group and message MagicalJoey (https://www.deviantart.com/magicaljoey) (she's super nice!). It's a fairly laid back group; you are required to critique two pieces a month which is not a whole lot especially if you're busy with school/work/life. Check it out!
(Also, if you're looking to have a piece critiqued, just submit it to the group and one of the critics will eventually get to it.)
PS: I'm finally through with this semester! THANK GOD Ididntthinkiwasgonnamakeitbutididgoodlordthiswasastr

It's understandable; we all change, and work around that accordingly
